Important scheduled maintenance on 24th September 2023

Dear Valued Customers,

We will be undertaking constructive maintenance on our Database Servers as part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform stability. This maintenance will last for 3 hours and 30 minutes and will take place from September 24th, 2023 03:00 PM EST to September 24th, 2023 06:30 PM EST.

Affected Services:

This update will have a direct impact on our Control Panel and API services. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to:  

• Access and manage your hosting account through the Control Panel
• Purchase orders from our client portal including renewal & deletion of any service
• Manage the domain forwarding service from the Domain Forwarding interface
• Use our API service

We are making this change to provide:

• Better performance
• Better security
• Better functionality
