We will be undertaking constructive maintenance on our Database Servers as part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform stability. This maintenance will last for 3 hours and 30 minutes and will take place from September 24th, 2023 03:00 PM EST to September 24th, 2023 06:30 PM EST.

Affected Services:

This update will have a direct impact on our Control Panel and API services. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to:  

• Access and manage your hosting account through the Control Panel
• Purchase orders from our client portal including renewal & deletion of any service
• Manage the domain forwarding service from the Domain Forwarding interface
• Use our API service

We are making this change to provide:

• Better performance
• Better security
• Better functionality

We will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrade for an improved web hosting experience on our servers from 1:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) to 3:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on 23rd July 2023.

Kindly Note: During this time, you will not be able to log in to your cPanel/WHM accounts, and also you will be provided with a temporary password to log in and reset later by yourself.
